He arrived a couple minutes early to get started right away, he was knowledgeable, and he was very professional. We had some new hardware put on in the outdoor service doors, and Mike gave us some helpful information. He took a look at our screen door and storm doors, and he explained why we could and couldn’t do certain things. The whole process took less than an hour, and Mike made sure not to leave any tools or anything behind. Overall, I enjoyed working with him, and I definitely recommend Advanced Lock & Security.”
